Along the byways
lined with dancing grasses
and waving wild flowers
sweet evenings walking.
Golden jewels dangle daintily
a tantalising wild oat beauty.
In wide eyed curiosity
between snowhite whorls
a bright oxeye watches.
Tassel hyacinth
jubilant and joyful greetings
she gives.
